I Am Student Athlete﹙IASA﹚is a Developmental Athletic Program designed to equip student athletes with the training they need to excel both athletically and academically, empowering them to achieve even greater success. IASA is meant to help change lives.

Founded in 2020 by Jibreel A. Rashad, IASA benefits from his extensive experience. Jibreel attended the University of Texas at El Paso, where he was a standout cornerback for the UTEP Miners while majoring in criminal justice. In 1990, he earned a tryout with the NFL’s New York Giants.

For the past 20 years, Jibreel has not only been a successful businessman but has also dedicated himself to mentoring youth in Dallas through various athletic programs.
